Easy Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies

INGREDIENTS

PREP TIME: 20minutes

COOK TIME : 25minutes

TOTAL TIME : 45minutes

SERVES: 4 people

·       2 Large Sized Bananas

 

·       2 tablespoon of Peanut Butter

 

·       2 teaspoons of Honey

 

·       1½ cup of Oats

 

·       Coconut Flakes

 

·       Pecans (Chopped)

 

·       Raisins

 

·       Dark Chocolate Chips

 

·       Parchment Paper

 

·       Icecream Scoop 

METHOD

 ·       Start by peeling two Big Sized Bananas and Mash with a fork in a bowl until it's smooth

 

 

·       Next, add 2 tablespoon of peanut butter to the Mashed Banana and with a spatula Mix until it's beat.

 

·       Add 2 teaspoons of honey and  mix

 

·       Fold in 1½ cup of oats into the mixture

 

·       Add desirable amount of coconut flakes, chopped pecans, raisins and dark chocolate chips to the mixture and fold until it looks smooth and added ingredients are spread even.

 

·       Place Parchment Paper on baking tray

 

·       Preheat the oven for atleast 5 minutes.

 

·       With an Ice Cream Scooper, scoop the Banana Oat mixture bit by bit on to the Parchment Paper placed on the baking pan until desired amount and spacing is reached

 

·       Tap the bottom of a tablespoon in water and use the bottom to flatten the cookies.

 

·       Add Dark Chocolate Chips as toppings for the cookies.

 

·       Place cookies in the oven and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes

 

 

Now you can enjoy your Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies with a cup of Milk, Yogurt, Tea or Juice.
